Strategic Focus
Where we focus — and why it matters
Texas is vast. Needs are deep. We narrow our energy to where the gap is widest and our impact can be greatest.
Rural Texas
Counties and small towns where the nearest specialist can be hours away and families fall through the cracks.
Free, friendly navigation across healthcare, food, maternal support, senior care, and rural outreach — connecting neighbors to the resources that change lives.
Community Resource Navigation
Helping residents connect with healthcare, food assistance, transportation support, insurance enrollment, and community services.
Every day, Texans connect to resources they didn't know they qualified for. Here are a few of their words.
"I didn't know I qualified for transportation services. Texas Health Help helped me find a ride to my appointments."
Maria, Age 72
"We found food assistance and healthcare resources in one phone call."
James, Father of Three
"They helped me get my mother the senior support and benefits she already qualified for. I finally felt like someone was on our side."
